We offer you a day tour to the wonderful city of Constanta (historically known as Tomis) – the oldest inhabited city in Romania which was established in 7th century B.C. by Greeks. Constanta is situated on the Black Sea coast and it is its largest port. During summer this city turns into lively centre with numerous charming restaurants and cafes.
Our tour starts in the morning. We will set off from Bucharest and go towards Constanta. Once we arrive at Constanta we will go to Ovidiu Square where we will have free time for refreshment. Next, you will walk along the popular promenade running along the coastline. During this walk you will see the most interesting landmarks of Constanta such as the Romanian Fleet Command, the Old Marina and the incredible building of Casino. At the Old Marina you will have free time for lunch, so you could try local fresh fishes and more. After this short break we will return to the Old town and we will visit the Great Mosque with the 140-step minaret. You will have a chance to admire scenic views of the city and the seaside.
